These documents describe the messages transmitted to national RCCs and national SPOCs. Version 2.13 describes messages distributed by the operational LEOSAR/GEOSAR capable USMCC. Version 3.01 describes messages distributed by experimental MEOSAR-only capable USMCC. Version 3.02 describes messages distributed by the LEOSAR/GEOSAR/MEOSAR (LGM) capable USMCC (in test, operational deployment expected in August 2016). This document is a draft, subjective to change as the LGM capable USMCC is tested.
The documents are structured so that the user may use them as a reference and go directly to a specific type of alert message (in Section 3). In order to allow for the document to be used in this manner details on the information is duplicated under each type of alert message.
